- Download the membership application form. Download now - - Fill-in your personal details and indicate your recruiter (if relevant).

Gifts & Reimbursements - An annual gift will be given to all members who hold membership for at least 6 months;
- Newly-married members are given a NTUC Gift Voucher of S$50.00.
- Veteran Gift would be presented to members who have completed 10, 20 or 30 years of continuous membership.
- Reimbursement of Holiday Bungalow Charges up to a maximum of S$40 per occasion per year.
- Reimbursement of 20% of ward charges in the event of hospitalisation for those on CPW and MSO schemes. For those on CCS, it is subject to a maximum of 15% of total hospitalisation bill at government hospital rates; subject to a maximum of 20% of total ward charges based on government hospital rates.
